20CrMnTi Alloy Seamless Pipes are high-performance carburizing steel with high hardenability. After carburizing and quenching, they have a hard and wear-resistant surface and a tough core, high low-temperature impact toughness, moderate weldability, and good machinability after normalizing. It is commonly used in the manufacture of transmission gears in automobiles, and is a medium hardenable carburizing steel made of CrMnTi steel. It has high hardenability and, under the condition of ensuring hardenability, has high strength and toughness, especially high low-temperature impact toughness. 20CrMnTi surface carburizing and hardening treatment steel has good workability, minimal special machining deformation, and excellent fatigue resistance.
